Molto tempo fa il Cavaliere Oscuro Sparda si ribellò all'Imperatore Oscuro e condusse una guerra individuale per salvare l'umanità. Migliaia di anni dopo, un'organizzazione religiosa venera questo famoso salvatore e si è assunta il compito di liberare il mondo da ogni male.
