Assassin's Creed Unity ps4 sfrutta le console di nuova generazione per aggiungere nuove spettacolari visuali e un multiplayer cooperativo di successo, ma nel farlo ha creato alcuni nuovi problemi sostanziali invece di risolvere quelli più persistenti della serie. La portata è stupefacente, la personalizzazione è soddisfacente e il multiplayer tocca alcune idee davvero ambiziose. Ma la mancanza di un personaggio principale forte o di un'interpretazione interessante dell'universo di Assassin's Creed gli costa slancio ed entusiasmo, e i persistenti problemi di controllo sono ancora una spina nel fianco. Il primo vero gioco new-gen di Assassin's Creed è una prova di concetto splendida, divertente e riuscita di ciò che ci aspetta per la serie, anche se non è ciò che definirei rivoluzionario.
